PROJECT FIT CHECK
Discuss a technical requirement
Tell Us what is not working, what decision you need to make and what outcome you are seeking. The initial enquiry is a fit check, not a commitment to undertake the work.

A practical first conversation
You do not need a finished specification. A short explanation of the problem and required outcome is enough to begin.
- 1. Explain the problem or uncertainty
- 2. Describe the decision or outcome needed
- 3. Ekyos confirms whether a useful next step is possible
Start with a short project description
Required fields are marked. Please keep the first enquiry concise and do not attach or paste confidential information.
Before you send
Please do not include confidential drawings, customer data, credentials, personal data or large technical files. Ekyos will confirm fit, conflicts and an appropriate transfer route before requesting sensitive material.
Prefer email or telephone?
Please leave a short message if we cannot answer. Projects are selectively scheduled, so telephone availability is not represented as fixed office hours.
Response aim: within two working days. A response does not confirm acceptance or immediate availability.
What happens next
01 · Review fit
Sebastian reviews the requirement, service fit, obvious conflicts and whether Ekyos can add useful judgement.
02 · Clarify scope
If the requirement looks suitable, Ekyos asks only for the information needed to understand the decision and practical constraints.
03 · Agree a next step
Any call, review, proposal or information-transfer route is agreed explicitly. Nothing is assumed from submitting the form.
